As the artist...
• I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.
• I hold artistic copyrights to the produced artwork.
• I am able to post/use my commissions to promote on my own social medias with the client's permission.
• I am able to stream commissions on Twitch with the client's permission.
• I can do NSFW art but I will charge extra $20
• Skeb style request means that no additional communications or revisions will be made after accepting the requestAs the client...
• You agree that commissions are for personal use only. You will not reproduce or redistribute my work for commercial use unless otherwise discussed.
• You can use the work to promote yourself on Twitch, Discord, or any other social medias.
• You must ALWAYS credit me for my work.Payment
• Payment is in USD.
• Payment must be paid in full after sketch is provided.
• Payment method by PayPal or Bank Transfer (Wise).
• No refunds if the commission has already been started.
• Major changes after work is finished will incur a fee depending on the change wantedDuration
• Commissions can take a few days to a few months for completion depending on how complex it is. I work according to my own schedule.
Commercial Usage and Fees
• If you would like to use my work for merchandise or other monetary services, you must pay 2x the original pricing.
• Do not edit, redistribute, or claim the work as your own.
• I reserve the right to decline future commissions if any terms are broken

商用利用と料金
